BKPM Prepares Three Scenarios to Achieve Investment Realization
JAKARTA – The Chairman of the Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) Bahlil Lahadalia prepared three scenarios of investment realization amid the outbreak of the new Corona Virus pandemic or COVID-19. “I made three simulations, namely optimistic, moderate, and pessimistic targets. I think I will announce them later this month,” Bahlil Lahadalia said in a video conference in Jakarta, Monday (3/23).

BKPM and Ministry of SOEs Join Forces to Fight COVID-19
As part of measures to ensure the business projects continue amid the COVID-19 pandemic, The Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) and The State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Ministry have signed an MoU on the cooperation which was signed by SOEs Minister Erick Thohir and BKPM chairman Bahlil Lahadalia in Jakarta on Monday (30/3). This is the first MoU between BKPM and SOEs Ministry. The signing was witnessed by officials from each ministry and state-owned companies through a video conference.

Jakarta, 31 March 2020 - South Korea’s Chaebol LG Group will donate 50,000 diagnostic test kits to help Indonesia cope with COVID-19 pandemic. The support are provided by LG group consist of LG Electronics, LG Chem, LG Innotek, and LG International. LG Group is part of the South Korean investor with a long presence of business establishment in Indonesia since 1990’s.

Jakarta, 1 April 2020 - After the licensing acceleration service for medical equipment providers was granted on March 20 by the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) and the Ministry of Health to help the country cope with COVID-19 pandemic, several companies have immediately utilized the facility. BKPM Submits COVID-19 Donation from LG to the Task Force
The Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) has received a donation aid against the COVID-19 outbreak from LG Group for the Indonesian government. A total of 50,000 PCR (polymerase chain reaction) diagnostic test kits have arrived in Indonesia yesterday (5/4) directly from South Korea. This afternoon, the BKPM Chairman Bahlil Lahadalia symbolically handed-over the donation to Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir and the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) represented by BNPB Chief Inspector Tetty Saragih at the BKPM Office.

BKPM Receives a COVID-19 Donation from CJ Indonesia

Jakarta, April 14, 2020 - After the visit of BKPM (the Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board) Chairman Bahlil Lahadalia to a number of South Korean Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) manufacturers in the first week of April 2020, BKPM received good news that as of today (6/4), 927,500 PPEs from a consortium consisting of six South Korean garment companies in West Java have been sent to the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB).

BKPM and CJ Indonesia have Distributed 75,000 Nutritious Food Donation Packages
Jakarta, 28 April 2020 - As a follow up to the donation of the CJ Indonesia Group in the fight against COVID-19 outbreak, the Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) has distributed 75,000 nutritious food packages to hospitals, public health centers (Puskesmas), as well as communities affected by the pandemic. The distribution of donation packages has reached 15 stages, started on April 14 to this day (April, 28). As many as 5,000 packages are distributed every day to different locations.

BKPM Receives Hand Sanitizer Donation from Cap Lang for Handling COVID-19
The Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) once again received a donation from investors to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. PT Eagle Indo Pharma through the Cap Lang Peduli Foundation provided 9,936 bottles of hand sanitizer to be distributed to people in need. The donation was also supported by PT Harumi Indonesia, a distributor of PT Eagle Indo Pharma products. BKPM Chairman Bahlil Lahadalia received the donation which was handed over directly by the Chairman of the Cap Lang Peduli Foundation Yusron Ihza Mahendra and CEO of PT Eagle Indo Pharma Susanti Halim at the BKPM Office, Jakarta, yesterday afternoon (12/5).
